Each piece of jewelry is accompanied by its own beautiful case and is accompanied by a small card that certifies the authenticity of the jewelry metal and that it is completely handmade. It is then carefully packed in bubble wrap for shipping.

Returns and exchange details.

Dear customer our policy is to please you with our jewelry. If you are not happy with
your purchase, we will work with you to replace the item or refund
the purchase price of this item, excluding the shipping cost, as long as we are contacted within 5 days of receiving the purchased item. You can return jewelry to us only if it is in its original condition.
Ship the item back within 10 days of delivery. Please be sure to double check the address on your account. If there is the error in your shipping address, send me a private message so I can edit the address before your scheduled shipment. I cannot refund or replace items that ship to the wrong address so please be sure to check it thoroughly. If the package is sent back to Greece and the customer wants it to be reshipped to his address, he will cover the cost of the reshipping the parcel. Any additional
costs (extra taxes / duties / fees, etc.) required by some countries
customs offices are paid by the customer. The seller is not
responsible for delays due to customs or post company's.
